Representative - Fond du Lac
This professional is
responsible for taking calls as the first
point of contact for our members in a high
volume contact center environment to open
new membership and deposit accounts. A
strong emphasis is placed on sales,
referrals and providing excellent service to
all members. This position requires a high
level of professionalism and organization,
and is responsible for establishing,
developing and maintaining profitable
financial relationships with our members. Experience
in a call center environment is required.
Full Time Member Service
Representative - Fond du Lac and
Waupun
This professional will provide
exceptional customer service and deliver
solutions to meet the financial needs of
members. Excellent attention to detail
coupled with a strong sales orientations is
required. Financial, Sales and Customer
Service experience is preferred.
Branch Manager - Fond du Lac & Suamico
This
individual will be responsible for loan and
deposit functions, business development, and
management duties in a sales environment.
The selected candidate will develop and
guide branch staff in providing quality
service to members in the areas of deposit
and lending services, new accounts, and
solving problems within established policies
and procedures. Emphasis will be placed on
meeting goals in an environment that rewards
sales. The ideal candidate should be
outgoing with a pleasant personality,
possess high ethical standards, and have the
desire to lead and motivate others. Previous
experience in a financial institution,
managerial experience and proficient
knowledge of deposit and lending areas is
required.
Accounting Management Trainee - Fond du Lac
This
program is designed for professionals with a
Bachelor's Degree (or who will attain a
Bachelors within the next nine months) who
have a desire to develop a leadership career
path in the finance/accounting industry.
Management trainees will rotate through four
key functional areas of the credit union
within 2-4 years, learning critical skills
that will prepare them for future
accounting/finance management roles. Candidates
must be open to future relocation.
IT Support Analyst I - Fond du Lac
A positive attitude and
willingness to learn and apply hardware
setup, troubleshooting knowledge and Windows
server knowledge are the core requirements.
It is important that Support Analysts
maintain knowledge in a broad, constantly
evolving assortment of IT policies,
procedures, and technologies, and must
possess the maturity and reliability to
provide user support accurately and
consistently. Bachelor's Degree in Computer
Science, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering
or related field of study preferred. Up
to 25% travel required. The ideal
candidate will enjoy a challenging work
environment that provides the independence
and flexibility to express and pursue their

This professional will

required. The chosen applicant will be
provided the independence and flexibility
necessary to pursue their own ideas and
achieve goals. Previous experience in a
financial institution or
supervisory/management position is required.
Mortgage Loan Originator - La Crosse
This professional will
serve as a liaison between the member and
the credit union for all mortgage related
inquiries. Responsibilities for this
position include loan origination and
developing relationships with businesses and
members to grow the real estate loan
portfolio. Experience in mortgage lending
is required. Strong selling skills and
business development knowledge is essential
for this position.

A
